Absolutely appalling customer services, rubbish communicators and even their complaints team can’t understand or follow clear explanations 5 phone calls to try to speak to someone and 3 explanations and then the joke is on me about their mislabelling of the term primary! Hey ho. Don’t bother contacting them they just want your money! No one listens!?!
Started on the Creation app before being moved to the Zopa. We have been looking for a different car and found one. However we lost that one but back looking. It was good to know that the money to buy is now there. The whole thing took 2 days to be sanctioned and I was kept in touch through emails and texts. Good service.
I've just opened the Zopa 'Biscuit' current account, together with a savings account, both regular saver and instant access, plus the credit card facility.All a very easy process so far, despite having a very low credit allowance offered on the credit card (£500..??), that came as a surprise, so I shall just continue to use my existing credit card.Great interest rates and credibility with the kids now as I have a bank account called 'Biscuit'. :-)
