Needed to organise travel insurance for myself and a family member. We had Mia organising the insurance and was very happy with how she dedicated her time to making sure we where understanding of everything. Highly recommend this company for their professionalism and will definitely be using them again!
The representative, TC, was extremely polite and more than willing to help with my enquiry. Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip due to a family medical issue. We will come back to 1 Cover when we plan our next trip. Thank you TC
