I had a terrible accident pre-departure for a holiday of a lifetime and had to cancel everything just a couple of weeks before me and my spouse were meant to go. It was easy to submit my claim online and I was able to add documents later as well. 1Cover processed my claim without any issues in their promised timeframe and in a timely manner (within 8 business days). I'm still recovering from the trauma of my accident and highly recommend 1Cover as a reputable travel insurance. This is a travel insurance for ease of mind.
Booked a multi stop trip and the first flight in my return home was overbooked - I had no seat and missed the whole trip back. Needed to book flights urgently to make it home in time. Unless your plane is falling out of the sky, a cyclone or hurricane has affected your flight or if it’s been hijacked you are covered for 0. Overbooking occurs frequently and this time I got caught out. Using this 1Cover insurance was a waste of time and money.
It took a wait time of 50 minutes before I was able to speak to a representative. I was following up on a previous quote and medical information supplied before taking out the policy. Mia was extremely helpful and patient. She made my experience worthwhile. Thank you Mia!

The 1Cover representative was friendly, helpful, easy to understand and very clear about the product. The online experience was a bit bumpy as the website wanted me to log a message to receive a call-back but this wasn't working. I was able to obtain the number to call from the online chat. Once on the phone to Mia my experience was amazing.
