Be very careful ordering from here if you are a UK Resident. Their shipping policy is not clear and their customer service is a joke. I ordered my item on 26/02/24, it is now 09/03/2024 and my order has still not arrived. When I enquired their customer service said it’s not them and it’s the forwarding agent. I’ve now done some digging around and have found that the reason for the delay is because of customs charges which I now supposedly have to pay (this was not outlined on their website or after purchase). What a joke. My shoes are now delayed past the date I needed them and I also have to pay extra because their customer service is poor. Order: AF-422353Update: IF YOU ARE A UK RESIDENT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I now have to pay £100 on top of the price of the item for my item to be delivered. I will strongly advise against using this site if you don’t want to be hit with hidden in transparent fees. These people run a poorly managed business.
International shipping to Hong Kong. Was fast with FedEx. Only problem was I did not get a notification about the tracking number or wasn't able to find it on my Afew account. Luckily someone was home to receive my package otherwise it might have been misplaced. For future orders Afew, please send the buyer a shipping notification with the tracking number associated with it.
