Ordered 24th, trainers arrived 29th in the UK only to be met with a £103.72 import charge! I know this isn't the company's fault but the response when I've tried to contact customer service is abysmal. Automated reply of 'your order has been shipped' completely ignoring what I had wrote.Would of been nice to have been notified at the checkout of possible import charges an the option to pay it there and then.If your from the UK be warned, the import fees are absolutely disgraceful.
MY SHOES ARRIVED CREASEDI ordered a single pair of trainers from the company with everything in amazing condition box and all too open up too a creased shoe.With the crease one sides leather was alot weaker than the other overall bad expierence
It takes way too long to arrive and in case you’re not satisfied with your purchase and want to return it just the shipping fee is absolutely expensive!!! Returning should be free of charge covered by Afew-Store just like Nike and JD do. It turns the shopping with you guys too risky for my taste.
