I had a very bad experience with AFEW-STORE. First of all the order delivery time is extremely long, if I comepare with the rest of the sneakers shops in Europe it take the longest or sometimes is not even delivered. Always the delivered box is total mess, and sometimes even the box inside is destroyed. Regarding the raffles I never-ever win one of the raffles (only from this site-cos I dont believe in luck from the first time, and I applied to lot of them). They have good choice of sneakers/shoes but everything else is trash. 2 stars <3
I want to warn anyone who orders on this website with the delivery by DHL Paket PREMIUM (this is how Afew calls this service). I ordered shoes which were sent to Poland as per the DHL tracking on 19.02, on 21.02 they were ready for further shipping to Poland. Since then there has been no update. I opened a ticket both at Afew and DHL and until now I received no money, no shoes and not a single answer from DHL. Please note that: it was my first order on Afew, I paid extra 8 EUR for the shipping costs. I also contacted DHL Poland who claims the order is still in Germany and gave me a phone number +49 2284333112, there's no e-mail you can use to contact DHL Germany. I called this number and was waiting two times around one hour altogether and nobody picked the phone. I received the phone bill this week which says these phone calls costed me 10 EUR. I am struck that Afew instead of shipping the shoes once again or returning me money insists on still waiting until DHL answers. Of course, I can't buy the same shoes because they are unavailable now.
