My flight with Air Arabia from Casablanca to Bologna was an absolute disaster.
The scheduled departure time was 7:00 AM, but the plane did not take off until 7:30 PM, resulting in a delay of almost 12 hours.
During this extremely long wait, there was no proper organization and no clear communication from the airline. Passengers were left for hours without reliable information, assistance, or adequate explanations.
Because of this delay, many passengers — myself included — arrived in Bologna around 11:00 PM, a time when no more trains were available for those traveling to other cities. This caused additional stress, extra expenses, and serious disruption to our rest and sleep.
Overall, this was a very frustrating and unacceptable experience. Poor management, lack of customer care, and no consideration for passengers.
I strongly do not recommend this airline.
Even it is does not deserve any star for the food served in the flight. The food was not properly cooked, tasteless and not fit for human consumption.
Deeply disappointed. Story based on my wife travelling from Karachi to Sharjah .
Worst service, I was traveling( flight no. G9 530) on 6 feb 2026 to Kuwait to kathmandu ( NepaI ) I arrived Kathmandu, but my baggage still not received, only for bag I need to stay in hotel to wait for next day .. I spend my money to buy ticket , then for hotel again .. I will never ever travel air Arabia in my whole intire life .. I will share this experience to my friends too. So they will not face the same problem what I faced

We recently flew with Air Arabia on a family round-trip journey and overall it was a very satisfying experience. The flight itself was smooth and punctual, and the baggage handling was good, which gave us peace of mind traveling with luggage as a family.
The in-flight experience was comfortable for a budget airline, and we felt the service met our expectations for value and efficiency.
However, we did face one area that could be improved:
✈️ Counter staff behaviour on the CCJ → AUH segment was not as friendly as we’d hoped, especially considering we were travelling with an infant. On this leg, the check-in staff seemed less attentive and welcoming, which made the start of our trip a bit stressful.

We would still recommend Air Arabia for affordable family travel, but hope to see more consistent customer care from ground staff in future flights.
Due to value offering (decent fares), staff courtesy (both Ground & Air Crew) and basic customer respect & service, Air Arabia is/will overshadow Emirates & other Airlines who literally have their nose in the skies :)
My experience with Air Arabia was nothing bad hence I wud give a full rating. Most relevant is that it is cost effective short distance flying experience. Of course money matters. I found the ticket price reasonable with best service provided. I wud highly recommend Air Arabia to friends and family, also plan my future fly wit Air Arabia .
From arrival at the terminal from boarding, to immigration, to lounge waiting, to aircraft onboarding, to flight attendants, to availability of variety of meals, to timely execution of all the events; it was an amazing experience. The area for improvement is IFE.

The check in process in Delhi was not at all what I had expected any airline would do ! The staff were not only not courteous to passengers, they were downright rude ! I would definitely request Air Arabia to conduct a proper training as to how to handle paying passengers and show a little more courtesy.
I had a disappointing experience with the airline on my flight from a destination to another with a connection in a transit city. My initial flight was delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight. The next available flight was scheduled for the following day. Although the airline provided accommodations, transportation, and meals, the overall organization was lacking. At the airport, the staff seemed overwhelmed and struggled to manage the situation. We had to wait in line for about 1–1.5 hours just to receive necessary documents and information. The hotel provided was fairly average and quite dated. The tap water was rusty, and the check-in process took an additional 2–3 hours. I arrived at the hotel around 1:40 PM and didn’t get my room until around 6 PM, which was exhausting after a long journey. The food was acceptable but offered very limited choices. The following morning, we were taken back to the airport, and the replacement flight was delayed again by about an hour. Another frustrating issue was regarding my booking; I had paid extra for seat selection and meals. While the first leg of the journey was fine, on the second flight, I was given an uncomfortable seat that I hadn't chosen, and no meal was provided. I had to remind the staff, and they eventually brought me just a sandwich, even though I had ordered something different. Overall, this experience was stressful, poorly organized, and did not meet my expectations. I would not recommend this airline for long international flights, especially with tight connections.
