This airline has been the most frustrating I have ever encountered! My connecting flight was cancelled, and all they did was send me an email notifying me of the cancellation, leaving it up to me to either rebook or request a refund. It felt like I was left to fend for myself! There was no assistance with transfers, no accommodations, no help to reschedule flights, and absolutely no compensation. I ended up stranded at the connecting airport for two days, ruining my vacation! Out of the four flights I took, three were delayed! When we finally arrived at our destination, our luggage was lost as well! They offered no support here either, just a generic email response expressing their apologies and claiming they “understand” the situation. To top it off, the food was terrible! I strongly advise against traveling with this airline!
The overall experience was excellent, but I felt let down that we traveled on the eve of a national holiday without any sweets or treats for passengers. This proud occasion is celebrated for 2 to 3 days on the ground, so I believe it should be even more special in the air to enhance our experience.
This airline is among the best I've ever experienced. They are punctual and extremely professional. I've been flying with them for over two years, and they keep getting better. A big thank you to all the staff — management, pilots, and crew. Wishing you ongoing success!
I have been ignored for four months regarding my compensation request — despite multiple written promises. My flight was significantly delayed, and I was informed that I was entitled to compensation under regulations. I provided all necessary information promptly and was told payment would be made within the specified timeframe. Four months later, I have received nothing. The airline has repeatedly confirmed payment would be issued but has ignored my follow-ups. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I urge the airline to process my compensation immediately and provide an explanation for the ongoing delay.
