Transport from Sharjah to Dubai

I was waiting for the bus to Dubai, and the representative said it would arrive at 8:00. I waited until 8:30, but the bus never came, and the representative was missing. I had to switch to another bus and reached Dubai at 10:30. Please address this issue.
