Don't book here!

I had to book a new appartement 4 times over because the hosts all canceled. Now I am waiting for 4 times my money back and Airbnb said it can take up to 15 days. What is this for kind of service?!?I'm never using Airbnb again and I suggest others to do to.

Be careful what you book!

Booked a property through Airbnb, I would expect that they have a duty of care to ensure the properties are safe and if not have a responsibility to handle any issues that may arise. Not the case!

Airbnb is a total scam and needs to be shut down. I made a reservation, and I was debited for $348.46. I have been trying to get a refund and they say they can't find my account even though I've given them my reservation number. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and they asked the same question: my phone number when I had given it 4 times before. This company sucks. I had a profile but now it's gone. Now I have to file a dispute with my bank since they say they can't find my account even though I've given them my reservation number of HMXAJCK3DSAN WHICH THEY CAN'T FIND AND THIS COMES DIRECTLY FROM THEIR RESERVATION PORTAL

Artificial Insanity

I am a host. It's over 2 months that they hold the payments of 3 bookings. The assistance is inefficient, inadequate, frustrating: they ask for a document that I sent them several times, and every time they ask for the same thing as if I didn't send it. I think this service is managed by A.I. But beyond them there is an Artificial Insanity. I say this because don't want to think to a worse reason: holding the money you manage on behalf of someone else in my country is a crime

Fraud Company - Scammer - Big amount stuck in AirBnb

Fraud Company, Which is just looking at their profit and the host benefits,Need to cancel reservation immediately because of wrong details, Got full money back not in original payment, but as a airbnb credit, which cannot be transffered back to my original payment/card. Amount is not small that can be kept as airbnb credit. Customer support says IF you cancel reservation immediately those money cannot be transferred back to CARD!!!!!for their reference reservation code is so they cannot refuse.HM2ARF9BWBHM5YT2R9AQ

This guys are scammers! They blocked my account from using their app because I indicated my personal position about having certain guest in my apartment, but that is fine. You made thousands of dollars on me before I didn’t expect your respect. And blocked entire Russia from posting their listings, and you telling me about discrimination. This is not the case. The case that I activated 2 gift cards total $650, 1 year later on this account(without remembering that I was blocked and supposed not to have even access to it), and when I realized that I cannot reserve anything through this account, I requested a refund. Answer shocked me - they said that as I was removed from their community they not suppose provide any assistance to me. No word about refunding my money. When I call they cannot work. Very convenient position so I wasn’t being blocked from putting money on my account, but blocked from taking them back.

Far too many notifications

Whilst this website is great, the number of email notifications I get is excessive. I have 3 gîtes booked with Air B n B for one holiday and my inbox is full of cr@p! I must have 15 emails with various (mainly useless) notifications. It is excessive and needs stopping. I can log into an account to get info on my stay. Please Air B n B stop sooooo many notifcations! It is very tiring and blocking my inbox!

ACHTUNG BETRUG!! Habe ein Appartment gebucht, "Apartman Nicolo" und bezahlt, dann schreibt die Vermieterin, es tut ihr leid, aber die Wohnung ist nicht frei!! Ich möge es bei Airbnb stornieren. Ich habe Airbnb die Sachlage geschildert und habe nur ein Teil meines Geldes erstattet bekommen!! Schöner Abzockverein!! BEWARE FRAUD!! I booked an apartment, "Apartman Nicolo" and paid, then the landlady wrote saying she was sorry, but the apartment wasn't available!! I would like to cancel it on Airbnb. I reported the situation to Airbnb and only received a portion of my money back!! Nice rip-off club!!

AIRBNB IS A TERRIBLE SITE They simply don't care of guests or your stay not even considering the type of house the condition or the money you had paid. we simply won't use anymore and warn you to do the same as it is not safe to rent a property here and don't have a real support at the time to ask for a refund of your precious investment. go somewhere else this place isn't good enough for your money. Delete it from your App Store.
