Review Time
The product itself is nice however it took ages to arrive. No email updates and to top it off I’ve been left an additional fee on the product which is a duty and tax invoice charge from fedex who delivered the product! Absolutely no mention of additional fees - disgusting! Emailed Aircraft Vibes to ask if this was standard practice and unfortunately their reply was basically it’s your problem!
The item itself is okay but it took almost 4 months to get it. After I open case with PayPal I didn’t receive any updates from them unless I emailed to check on it and the response always very poor as there customer service too . There answers was that they received the order and were behind because of the holidays. I order it at the beginning of December and receive it at the end of march 11 the quality less then normal I do not recommend it to any one unless they are willing to wait 4 or 5 month
To the AircraftVibe Folks,WOW, WONDERFUL artwork. The "Fly-baby" and "CV-22 Osprey" at 55 inches have great detail and finish. I am intimately familiar with both airframes, and you nailed it, again well done! I can't wait to hang them in my hangar. I ordered these in late November, and I inquired with you people a couple of times and you replied each time. Your responses helped assure me this was a legit investment, and I am very happy with what you have delivered. eFing AWESOME! Thank you.
Your ad and what you deliver, especially the pictures that you show tricking the customer, is an awful business tactic. What i ordered and what you delivered is despicable and misleading. Why misrepresent when you have a good product. Why would you promise a swift delivery make the customer pay and drag your feet with excuses.
I give 4 stars because they worked with me to process and deliver my order in a more timely manner. I, like others, was unaware that the product came from Lithuania. If you are ordering, accept that the delivery time will be more toward the long end of the time frame posted. This was for a retirement party and arrived, with customer service assistance, in time. Improvement needed in advising customers of order status.
Almost 5 months to process the order.Simply ridiculus. On their web site the announce speak about 4/5 week....A week Is Seven days;...a month Is an avarage of 30 days.Furhtheremore their custumer service was completely silent.I won't buy anything more from these people
