I would only suggest placing an order if you are willing to wait longer than 2 months to receive your item. I ended up cancelling my order (70% refund) because there was no order updates unless I asked and even then the order update was vague “in production”. Makes me wonder if it is a con to keep the 30%…
Great product, but like the other reviews, takes too long to get. I ordered three for Christmas gifts on 30 November. Finally arrived about 10 days in to February. Misleading advertisements in February stating to get them as Valentine gifts, knowing full well they were still shipping Christmas orders. The products are awesome, however. They just need to be honest regarding production times…
Horrible delivery time. Not within promised days. They replied quickly on email. When the delivery was delayed, no info received, I had to contact the shop. When I said I would like to cancel the order, the package was picked up by Fedex the same day, so I assume my item was finished alreeady but just not shipped away. They did not ship mandatory customs paper, so additional delay in customs. No phone number on the package, delivery truck had no way of contacting me on arrival.The item has only one fixture point, but can be managed easy I guess.The product looks great and I would rate it a 4 or maybe even a 4,5.I advise the shop to get logistics in order, it would boost the ratings.
The C130H silhouette is a fantastic piece of art work. Well, done, as usual. I ordered it 12/01/24, which fell in the Christmas holidays and it took a little bit of time to get here last week. It arrived damaged from Fedex and took some photos of the box. I sent the photos to Aircraftvibes customer support, which answered me right away. I asked, “if they had any suggestions how straighten out the bent wing”. Being a retired licensed A & P mechanic, we agreed on how to solve the issue. I was given a stipend for my trouble, which I didn’t expect. Thank you.
The product is really nice. It looks great and I love the little pegs that give it more dimension on the wall. The wait time was pretty terrible though. I ordered a month before Xmas (as a gift) and due to their Black Friday sale they had a massive amount of orders and had difficulty getting orders made and shipped. Finally got the product first week of Feb. Recipient loves it. Once it was shipped it did arrive very quickly (within 5 days, which is awesome coming from overseas). I would order again, just not around the holidays.
We ordered on December 13th and are still waiting for it to arrive. In two days, it will be 2 months since we ordered. I wasn’t expecting it to be here for Christmas as it says up to 30 business days. We have definitely surpassed that and am now hoping it will be here for Valentine’s Day!
This took 65 days to arrive from the day I ordered it. It was bought a month before Christmas as a present and didn’t make it by a long shot, so I then had to pay even more money to ship it to the recipient who had returned home across the country. Product looks good, but takes far too long to be made particularly for the expense and the fact it wasn’t a custom item- “backlog” needs to be sorted out.
