Review Time
This company does not do what they say. They say it will ship out by 30 business days, mine got shipped on the 34th. I asked for a refund since it clearly didnt come in time for Christmas and they rudely told me they would only refund 70%, (it wasn’t even made at that point!) shipping took almost 2 weeks. The product came nicely packed but the blade to the helicopter is bent and if we bend it back it will probably snap off. I wish I had gone with another company.
I like the product, but to be honest they lack a bit of communication and planning. I placed an order for the F-14 Tomcat Silhouette Metal Wall Art on the 23rd of November. I understood when it didn't arrive in time for Christmas which they say it may take up to 30 business days to ship, but it only arrived January 27th! During our couple of email exchange they said the delay was due to the high volume of orders. At that point I was thinking this is a scam! As many people mentioned on their comments I wish they have taken the initiative to keep me informed. It's a nice product, but I was disappointed that there was no communication and I had to wait 2 months!
I placed an order for the PA-28RT Turbo Arrow as a Christmas gift for my husband on the 30th of November. I understood when it didn't arrive in time for Christmas, but it's now the 23rd of January, and they just told me it "should be shipped in the upcoming few weeks". I'm starting to think this entire company are a scam. Not once have they taken the initiative to keep me informed - it's always me asking them where my order is. No, I don't want a $20 apology, I either want what I ordered, or I want my money back. Very disappointed.
The product was easy to order and when it arrived it looked great! It was a long wait to get it though but when I emailed questioning the status, I got a quick response within a few days. I would order from here again just keeping in mind to order it earlier to ensure it gets in in time for when I want it.
Love it, very impressive result, exceed my expectations.Ordered a custom silhouette. Sent picture of my aircraft from the view angle I wanted and described my expectations. They reply with a first draft within a week for feedback. Asked for small changes that were done quickly, receive a 2nd draft for approval. Once approved, expect 1 month for manufacturing plus few days for shipping via FedEx (Lithuania to Canada).This will definitely be my favorite decor of my new airpark house.Thank you so much Aircraft Vibes for this amazing personalized silhouette.
I ordered the XL 737 neon silhouette for my basement bar. Ordering was straight forward. It does take a bit for them to make and ship the product but it is coming from Lithuania so not bad, all things considered. Box edge showed up crushed and the wingtip was broken on arrival. I simply emailed the company and their great customer service replied they were sending a replacement. This arrived intact and looks great in our space.
