Review Time
The actual products they make are very good. However, their delivery timescales are woeful. They actually make China look good.I ordered something at the start of Nov (as a Christmas present), but it didn't arrive until Jan. That is simply unacceptable. This was my first purchase from this company, but I would now probably not buy from them again as I can't depend on when I'm likely to see anything I order.
This is the second time I’ve ordered from these guys and this time it took about three months to get here. I had to email and hassle them to give me an ETA and they obviously had no clue what was going on with their production process because they kept telling me a couple weeks for about a month and a half. Hopefully this is just a result of their holiday sale because these make great gifts.
Unfortunately they shipped my item which was a Christmas gift by FedEx and I never received it. Shows that it made it to the local FedEx warehouse on December 19th but hasn't moved since. I ordered it at the beginning of November to make sure I had it for Christmas. So this is disappointing. If I ever receive it then I'll let you know more about the quality.
I've purchased three at different times, contrary to many other customer reviews all three came within two weeks. Both larger ones were bent and the smaller one was OK. One minute of hand forming they're fine. Advertised as the four place taildrager, is an exact replica of my Bearhawk,and as is the Cessna 182. Maybe a thin sheet of inexpensive wood next to the Styrofoam would remedy the mis handling of the UPS handlers. Love the product
