We have had the system for six months and in spite of constant electricity disruptions we are experiencing right now, the system works very well. The installation service was exceptional! The company is completely customer focused.

WaterStop valve

I had issues with setting up a new WaterStop valve.Since I could not reach any local technician I decided to get in touch with Ajax Support Center. The staff member was very suportive and helpful despite of very late time during the day (23:00H). Everything was solved to my satisfaction. I truly reccomend Ajax products to anyone.

Brilliant products and fantastic customer care, that actuallyCares.These things are really state of the art and designed so well. Tried many others and found them to be old tech with shoehorned spec. Flawlessly works and so easy to use. I am in the process of ordering more devices. There are all sorts of great safety and protection devices to expand at your Hearts content :). Total confidence in the company and products. Next the fire protection devices!!!!Excellent and super cool:)
