Great easy to use

Great easy to use system. Hoping that at some point w point they make a “tv” mode or similar. Basically so you can have a partition. That allows you to arm out door passives and doors. But not inside so you can walk around at night with the alarms on. But it’s super simple to use. Reliable and works regardless of where you are.

I am changing from Videofied to Ajax

I am changing from Videofied to Ajax. The only issue I see is that the "Control Center" does not see the video to tell you what is going on. That you must do yourself on your phone. Here in S. Africa Voice and Data are two different beasts. And both cost a lot to feed. Not like developed countries where WiFi is ubiquitous, no limit, no throttle, available anywhere except Death Valley. So why am I switching? Videofied is losing ground in my area.Why am I not in the States but at the bottom of the African continent? The beauty of this area, and FOREX (Exchange Rate)

I encountered a problem with my…Cellular connection

I encountered a problem with my cellular connectivity and reached out to the Ajax team who responded and tried in vain to resolve the problem as it wasn’t an Ajax issue but rather a collapse of the cellular framework internationally. Ajax were amazing with their efforts to resolve and offer suggestive solutions.
