Fantastic Service.

I had forgotten my password and I no longer had my original email address. I downloaded 'Telegram' to use the chat service. In less than 10 minutes I was up an running again.Now that what I call great customer service. An agent even called me. I may also add that in the UK its Good Friday, a bank holiday.

I love all Ajax products

I love all Ajax products. I used them for my house in Ukraine and now I moved to the US and use them again. I love the cutting edge tech that they bring to the security industry. Jeweler protocol is amazing and my system has never ever failed me. I love the new keypad touchscreen! It is the best keypad on the market, making other keypads look like fossils. The cameras come to the US soon and I will buy them too. They really gave everything from security to leak and fire protection. Slava Ukraini and long live Ajax!
