Do not deserve even one star avoid this company full stop, they have no duty of care to there customers was happy to put my husband on 2 flights to get home despite him having a bilateral stroke. I know full well they could have got a direct flight from malaga to either Gatwick or Heathrow but there bottom line is cost they do not care 🤬🤬🤬
My BP increases just thinking about this company. The absolute worst and unfortunately I am stuck with as I am insured with them through the organisation I work for. Their motto should be “All we care about is our bottom line, not you the member”They are the absolute worst!!!
Literally the worst!I tried to file a claim but they insisted they needed certain documentation I adamantly and repeatedly told them I had NO access to, while the documentation I provided was “insufficient.” I will never again use this company. The customer service is terrible as well.
Worst long term care insurance ever. Parents had it for 25 years. They offered to pay for my father 2 months after he passed away. My mother now has althzheimers and doesn't even recognize family members and they say she doesn't quality. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!
Is there a lower rate than 1 star. This company certainly deserves it. Do not trust the company. Their procedures are designed not to pay. I am resident of Dubai and had their insurance policy. They have not reimbursed me for the consultation with the doctor abroad in a country covered by insurance, as well as analysis done there. They were asking for more and more documents, and the doctor refuse to provide (I agree with medical doctor). In my opinion, this is not honest company. Of course, all honey and milk before renewal of insurance policy.
As with other reviewers, they provide ambiguous refusals to pay a claim saying they need more information. But they won't tell you what they need. They just decline it. No email response, no ability to get through the phone or their live chat. They just hope you give up. They are the worst I've ever used. People leaving these reviews are not exaggerating. This company is trying to deceive you.
Their procedures are designed to thwart the payment of any claim. You can never speak to the person handling the claim, only the customer service rep, who has limited data to look at and this provides no record of the call. The company takes 10 business days to process anything and then sends a snail mail which takes that many more days. The letter says a response is needed within a certain time or the claim will be terminated. That deadline is usually perilously close to when the letter is received. Despite over 10 calls, I only once received a call back to go over any and all the remaining items. They just kept adding on after I had sent what they asked for. I have to think most people just give up.
