Service was quick enough but

Service was quick enough, very good condition phone has scratch on the screen and camera housing. Also had the joy of having to pay another €80 after purchase for import. Partially my fault I suspose for not checking the small print.

DONT BUY ON ALLO ALLO!

DONT BUY ON ALLO ALLO!! I received my IPhone X a few days after the scheduled daté I had 60€ customs fees, it was not even written on the website. The packaging was very light for a phone, two months after the receiving, the sides of the screen became white, just like the screen was poorly fixed. It was not digital anymore on these spot (almost 1/3 of the screen), the camera didn’t work anymore so I decided to send it back as the guaranty still worked, I never received any confirmation email about the package?? I still don’t have any news about it, I was literally scammed of 300€ counting the custom fees it’s unbelievable I want to be refund and Illl never buy again on this website!!!

I paid for Iphone12 on the 26th November 2023 till today phone not received. Last email they sent to me I should contact FedEx while there’s no tracking code for FedEx. I should contact FedEx and quote what. I’m so disappointed I bought the phone as Xmas present for my daughter and Xmas pass and I’m sounding as an irresponsible mom to my daughter with empty promises

I bought an iPhone 11 with the status…

I bought an iPhone 11 with the status "very good". They've sent one with big scratches on the display. On request to offer a solution via email, they offered 15€ discount or send it back. But it was a Xmas gift for my daughter. Waiting for a new phone is unacceptable. I do not even dare to ask to get an exchange. This company is not recommendable. I will never buy anything else there.

Better communication is requested

The item arrived after it was initally scheduled ,causing us to buy another cell phone locally Only after a week I got an answer to my mails regarding the arrival date If I was sure that I will get my money back I would cancel the order But even this action was complicated The company needs an better and immediate communication path
