My mobile tel. Arrived from Hong Kong that I was not expecting, technically good with slight scratched screen,..not expected.Then invoice for 83€ from FedEx for postage and customs fom a Mr Harry Wu HK definitely not expected.Be wary of their free charge postage offeredMy opinion:not to be trusted
Fast sending out ordered on Saturday and they had the package sent of Monday 20/11/23 so took monday to Wednesday to arrive at a fedex depot in Dublin ireland (where I’m from) got a custom fee that Wednesday evening of 90 euro!!!!! Madness I never got told on Allo allo on custom fees but paid them. scheduled delivey was supposed to be Thursday 8am to 12am went for lunch to my house a 1pm to check for my package no response from fedex and no package waited a whole day and contacted support no help at all then at 7am next morning got package update that it arrived at a depot local where I am and said scheduled Friday then when at lunchbreak friday (today while writing this review) it came signed signature and got package opened it came with clear case instead of case ordered with it but ok battery 77% I mean I did order 80 and lower % so can’t complain few scratch’s on screen and damage around edges but got phone set up and it’s working great I originally thought due to reviews that I would get scammed or something but I was wrong good service I don’t know if I would order again due to custom fees but overall great service thanks again allo allo 😊
Most terrible experience 2 1/2 months without recieving my Package. Customer service just send me a tracking link (7 times) and says that the parcel is in transit , but no update on the link since 11th of october (today 20th of november -the order was placed 15th of september. They refuse to help with this issue . I have been in contact with them for a month. Several emails and they only send me this tracking link.
