Hidden custom tariffs (which are displayed only if you click a very small link that redirects you to another page indicating the full cost of those tariffs) invalidate the money back guarantee of the phone (because you cannot get your money back from importing the phone, even if you return it) and make it even more difficult to receive your package, because you need to pay the messenger or show him that you have payed the tariffs. This means that you cannot send it to another place to pick it up later and you need to have the money ready to pay the messenger. On top of this, it takes 5-6 days to receive the phone. The "charger" which comes included with the phone is not original and it is in fact not a charger, but a usb-A to micro usb cable. You do not even receive a pin to remove the old SIM card from your previous phone and open the the SIM card from the new one.The phone seems to work fine, it has an 82% battery, but all in all, the hidden costs and delivery method makes this phone not so cheap after all.
Very dissatisfied with the phone as it arrived in poor condition. Contact by email is impossible. It has not been possible to make the return. I do not recommend this page for purchasing a mobile phone.
I ordered a phone from alloallo.com at the beginning of October.Please note that you will be charged bank fees because payment on ALLOALLO is made to an account abroad.Confirmation of the shipment was made quickly. The FEDEX deliveryman was imposed on me by the sender.As my package did not arrive, I had to contact FEDEX (very complicated and expensive in terms of time and money)In mid-November, FEDEX research concluded that my package had been lost. They invited me to restart ALLOALLO for reimbursement.It's mid-December and I still haven't been reimbursed by the ALLO ALLO website.Responses from the ALLOALLO site are slower or not provided at all.I will complete my opinion based on future events.
Terrible experience had with them. Ordered a phone that never arrived. Had to chase up with them, been 2 and a half months now. They keep telling me that they need to file a lost claim with the delivery service (Fedex in my case) which takes 2 weeks. Upon contacting Fedex myself they told me that they had already processed and refunded the sender (AlloAllo). So it's been a game of cat and mouse and now AlloAllo have stopped replying to my emails when I attempt to contact them. Can't recommend as there customer service is terrible - and I've not been refunded for a 500 dollar purchase. IMO they are scammers.
Big scam. The phone IPhone XR 128 GB arrived with a broken speaker and it gets stuck using itI contacted them for a refund and they told me that they would reply to my e-mail in two days. I'm still waiting... it's been 8 days and I haven't received an answer. Waste of money 240€
