I ordered an iPhone 12 for my daughter. It was ment to be her christmas present. After a couple of days,they informed me that it was impossible to deliver to our adress. My options were to give an other adress, to pay some 30€ extrafee, or cancel the order. I tried to give an other adress-same answer, as with the extrafee delivery-same answer. I cancelled the order and have been waiting since 29.11.2023 for the refund. They said it might take up to 20 days,well we are well over 30 now. Some kind of hoax/scam this whole Shop.
AlloAllo sent the wrong product and is now pretending to not know of anything I had orderd, even though I sent them the invoice. And the best thing is, that german costums is charging me now for those products and I need to add 83€ to everything. Lovely! I highly recommend to search for an european company and check out the experience others made. I forgot that this time - dont do the same mistake
