Ignored any requests via email or customer support on their website ( which says we try to respond within 48 hours). Wrote them 3 times and haven't gotten a reply since (been 2 months).Package supposed to arrive within 6-8 days: arrived after 2 months
I have ordered a white phone but have received a purple one. I also got the message that the display was replaced and might not be an original apple part. After 5 days I have still not received an answer to my mails from alloallo support.
The delivery speed was acceptable, falling within the estimated timeframe. However, it wasn't as expedient as I had hoped, which caused a slight inconvenience.Regarding packaging, while it was sufficient to protect the phone during transit, it was not as robust as I would have expected. The box showed signs of wear and tear upon arrival, though thankfully, the phone itself was unharmed.
Do not buy from this site, it is a scam. I made a purchase on 02/01/2024 (order PT76734910), they took a long time to deliver even though I paid for express shipping, they said they would give me my money back in 4 to 8 days.They didn't give me my money back and no one responds, I'm tired of sending emails and requests for help on the website platform and no one responds, I've been waiting for my money and a response for two months and no one helps me. Very bad experience, be careful!
