Service was good very quick to prepare and pack order, phone is in great condition comes with a new charging cable and looks almost new. only issue is there was a charge of €95 with FedEx which j wasn't expecting.

Import Tax charged at 20%

This company posts from Hong Kong, despite saying you're looking at the website in your home country. I incurred 20% import taxes on top of the value of the phone. I complained that this was not as advertised (they say free delivery) and was told its in their t&c's. I wish I'd read the other reviews on here first. Thought I was getting a bargain but ended up only being about £70 cheaper than a new phone from within the UK.

The worst ecommerce experience EVER!!!!If I had the chance, ZERO stars!I've ordered a mobile phone and paid for the express delivery.Despite the allos* system says the mobile would've been delivered in two days, no signs from the courier.After 4 days and a lot of unreplied emails, I've been informed that the mobile will be delivered after 5 days at first glance, than after 7....and then....after 8.No apologies, no offers such refund, discount or whatsoever.On the contrary....an email....after 4 days (remember? I had paid for the 2/3 days delivery) saying that "we have handed the package to the courier, it's up to them".

Attention import charges!!

Unacceptable service! Attention that the products come from HK and you need to pay import tax and VAT and any other costs associated with import of goods! This was not mentioned anywhere during the process of purchase! It should be very visible and very clear that what you are purchasing, you are not importing and bare additional costs to the price that you pay for the article! Never again this shop!
