If I could give negative stars I would

If I could give negative stars I would. They will use stall tactics until your warranty runs out. BEWARE OF WARRANTY SCAM. This company is NOT trustworthy. DO NOT BUY. They claim returns generally take 4 days. It's been months and they continue to claim that my warranty has expired when it has not in order to avoid sending a replacement phone or issue a refund. I tried to return phone after 18 months of use. I had purchased a 24 month warranty. I was told a return label was sent to me via email after many attempts and weeks of no response from allo allo. No return label had been sent.Allo allo then claimed they only send return labels to customers EU (I am in Canada).This was not stipulated anywhere. After sending phone at my own cost, it was denied because the battery is considered dangerous to fly with. Allo Allo took weeks to acknowledge this.I was willing to send it again without the battery but then Allo Allo began claiming my warranty is expired when it still has over 6 weeks remaining. This whole process has taken nearly 5 months. I will be suing them for a full refund. I don't care how much it costs in legal fees. I have written evidence and will win this case. It is a matter of principle. Please save yourself this experience and purchase from a company that is accountable.

Not worth the hustle!

Delivery was fine! But bear in mind it’s shipped from outside of Europe. I have received a request from fedex to pay customs. iPhone still has arrived. But sadly IPhone has battery issues. Will have to send it back, which is made extremely difficult for customers due to their website and proceeding system!

Bad surprise! The transport bil after one week!

The phone was more broken back than i could imagine. There were no price mentioned for the transport of the item while ordering the item, I got a huge bil from FedEx one week after i got the phone, I was shocked, can not remember to have seen it while ordering the phone ! You could make it CLEAR VISIBLE how much all together will cost. But the phone works well and I like the idea to reuse! Keep going, but get better. Regards Dagmara

the phone arrived broken. It doesn't turn on and the screen is off place. I tried to contact you guys but nobody answers. I have spent 300 euro considering the custom charges for a broken phone. Very bad

😏😏 Disappointed

Paid 180€ for an iPhone 8. Was like new but the battery heated up fast when I first charged it. And delivery took so long. Because it was coming from Hong Kong.
