I'm happy with the phone and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good smartphone that did the basics, and the site recommended one that ticked all the boxes. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for.And the delivery was fast.
I Ordered RED XR June and received it . It was amazing my daughter loves it. thank you :)BUT, 31 AUGUST 2023, I ordered same PHONE but Selected WHITE Color and The Allo Allo System change my order to BLACK. I AM HIGLY disapointed about the second Buy , I chose WHITE XR for reason but The management are failing to Change the order to my wish and satisfaction . I have ordered them to rather cancell the Black XR Order but no one has came back to me . instead they want me to pay an additional fees for changing Phone color but in their website all XR phones are same price . I DO NOT UNDERSTAND BUT I WONT ACCEPT BLACK PHONE. I will delete this review once i get my white XR / Refund
After two weeks when there was no shipment confirmation or confirmation at all that something is happening. I asked what is going on. Then the confirmation came and after a week the package arrived. The phone was okayish. I paid for standard shipping and now I got a bill from fedex about 80€.
Scammers guys don’t buy from them I order iPhone 12 mini like a new(suppose to be without scratch from what they say on website, ofc it came with some scratch ) they didn’t even reply to my message and the most important after 2-3 week a letter from FedEx came and I had to pay 73 euro plus to customs, Scammers don’t order from them.
