I have worked with Amber Arch for a few years and have been fortunate enough to undertake a variety of assignments, which I can schedule around my small humans. Communication and payment is always timely and without issue. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Amber Arch.
Great company to work for and always have a good variety of work. I find the communication with them to be good and they are a pleasure to talk to on the phone. They always try to assist whenever there is an issue with jobs and sometimes it is my mistake, but as I have a great relationship with them we manage to sort things out easily. All work I have conducted for them is promptly paid for and I have no complaints. I hope to be able to conduct many more visits for this great company.

I have worked for Amber Arch for a few years now, I have found their pay rates to be very competitive compared to other companies also communication is spot on, any potential problems whilst on a job are dealt with straight away which really helps. I have a good relationship with all the staff members, all are amazing and helpful, definitely one of my favourite companies to work for!
I've been a mystery shopper for 30 years working for dozens of great companies. This is not one of them. This is the most unethical, immoral company you could ever do work for. I have found them to be very helpful, when contacting them for advice and trying to find the target. If you know, you know :) I enjoy the work as it is well paid and varied. Amber Arch has employed me on a self-employed basis for several years. As long as I adhered to the guidelines and thoroughly reviewed the brief, my experiences have consistently met my expectations. The administrative staff are among the most exceptional individuals I have collaborated with in the Mystery Shopping sector. They consistently exhibit professionalism, politeness, and approachability, creating a positive work environment where friendly interactions are encouraged. I have always had a laugh and a joke with them, and this includes the M.D.It is worth noting that some assignments may only receive approval around 11:00 to 11:30 a.m. and can occasionally be cancelled. However, Amber Arch compensates at a premium rate for assignments, significantly more than comparable companies in the field. Additionally, payments for completed assignments are processed promptly, which allows me to recommend their services confidently to others.
