I have worked with the team Amber Arch since early 2019, so well over 5 years now and can highly recommend them as a professional, responsive MS company. In my opinion they are one of the best. They are quick to allocate, pay well — and on time — and are always on the end of the phone (or email), if I ever have any questions or queries. Stephanie and Pamela in particular and all of the team to be fair, have always been very friendly and supportive over the years and it really is a pleasure to work with them.
I’ve been mystery shopping for Amber Arch for over a year now and I’ve found them to be a fantastic company for work with. I mystery shop for a few companies and I would say that Amber Arch are one of the best. The communication from the team is second to none and everyone you speak to is very friendly and happy to help. The instructions on the jobs are very clear around what you can and cannot do and if you are in any doubt, they are always at the end of the phone to help with any questions. In terms of payment, they pay very fairly compared to some other companies and I’m always paid on time (and even early in some cases). Fantastic company to worth with and I very much enjoy completing jobs for them, it’s an absolute pleasure and one I plan to continue for years to come.

I have completed almost three thousand mystery shops both video and report assignments since 2016. Almost 200 of those were for Amber Arch. I have always found them to be professional, understanding and personable. I have noticed some hateful reviews which are obviously from shoppers who did not follow instructions properly. We all make mistakes and once or twice I misread the brief or had technical problems with my equipment, and on those rare occasions the staff always treated me fairly and would try to get the assignment passed by the client, where possible. As a shopper you cant expect to be paid if the client won't pay Amber Arch. As an independent contractor, you have to TAKE RESPONSIBILITY, FOLLOW THE BRIEF AND DO IT RIGHT and you will be paid. I can absolutely recommend Amber Arch if you are looking for mystery shopping work.
I have worked for Amber Arch for many years. I find all the staff lovely and friendly and have a built up a great rapport with Pamela and Stephanie. They always pay on time and are always available over the phone if I have any problems. Communication is excellent. Their work is varied and interesting and I get to travel a lot. I have been working with Amber Arch for a while now, and they are one of the better MSCs in my experience. They pay well - especially video work - and all my dealings with them have been good. The team is friendly, helpful, and always responsive.Yes, some of the charity jobs may get cancelled at late notice - it has happened to me a few times - but this is VERY clear on the briefs supplied and that you need to wait until a certain time until you can be sure that the site is staffed that day.
