I have been mystery shopping for over 10 years now and Amber Arch are on a par with the best Mystery Shopping Companies to work for.The journey is quite simple, anyone starting Mystery shopping needs to start by taking the simpler jobs, follow the clear guidelines and submit their report accurately and timely. This will then build your reputation and reliability to the company and you can then progress onto more complex/better paid assignments.I have always found Amber Arch to be excellent to work with, their guidelines and requirements are clear and precise. Communication has always been friendly and reasonable if they need further information - we all make genuine errors that can be rectified with respectful good communication.Special mention to Pamela and Stephanie who tend to be my main contacts - never had an issue, always friendly and professional in all communication.Payments are made on a regular basis and are normally accurate, any minor discrepancies are quickly rectified.In summary, ignore the negative comments on Amber Arch.
I have been a mystery shopper for seven years, working with six different companies. I can confidently say that Amber Arch is one of the best in terms of clarity of information, guidance, and transparency. They ask shoppers to follow straightforward and easy-to-understand instructions. Since joining Amber Arch a year ago, I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the team. They respond promptly to calls and emails, are kind and understanding, and they never delay payments.
I've just read an unusual review on here (Sue) .... that's the fuel for my submission today.Two Points ....(1) I feel Sue has something else going on in her life and she has chosen an unusual and public path for venting out her frustrations. My advice though, don't get sucked off in that direction.(2) I've covered enough of these to comment. These charity assignments are always transparent and consistent with their basic structure of whether they go ahead or not "on the day".(2a) If the client can't get the charity position covered with staff on the day, the assignment gets either cancelled or re-dated.(2b) If the staff get moved around and you've already shopped one of them, you don't get sent.The set up and agreement from application has never been difficult to understand and it's not re-inventing the wheel.Keep smiling .... life's too short.

Everyone I've dealt with has been really helpful, crystal clear with updates and instructions, and super accommodating should plans change or issues come up.My jobs have been countrywide, from Yorkshire to London to Scotland, and I never hesitate to apply for shopper reports. Really good experience.
I've been working with Amber Arch for around 6 months now, and have NEVER had a problem with the super-friendly team!Payment is fair and better than many mystery shopping providers, there is always someone to talk to whenever I call on the phone, and they are always super helpful if a job doesn't go 100% according to the best-laid plans!!I've seen a few negative reviews, and can safely say that some people just like to moan - if they did their jobs conscientiously and according to the very clear briefs, then they wouldn't have any need to be vitriolic on Trustpilot.
I have been completing work for Amber Arch as a freelancer for a number of years now, and they are a superb bunch of people to work with. The information they provide to complete each job is crystal clear, the briefs leave no room for error or doubt and tell you exactly what needs to be done, should you take the time to read them in full. Any time I have a question, someone is on hand to provide an email response immediately or on the other end of a telephone, with an immediate solution. Payments have always been made as agreed and accurately. I have absolutely no hesitation at all completing any assignment, anywhere for Amber Arch. Should you be looking for mystery shopping work or a company to provide it, I highly recommend them!
I've worked for Amber Arch for over 10 years now and find all the staff to be friendly, communicative and understanding when family issues crop up etc. They have a good variety of work available and the fees are fair. Payment is always made swiftly after visits have been completed, too. Definitely one of my favourite companies to work for with a special mention for Pamela and Steph!
