Don’t bother

I can understand why people do not rate this company very much they want to much for the money you get paid . Unless you have a lot of time to waste for not much money dont bother . Wish I had read reviews first

Worst mystery shopper company I know

I am an experienced mystery shopper with many different companies. Some pay in days, most within a month BUT Amber Arch take two months if they bother to pay you at all. They need essay length answers for the simplest of questions, so it can take two hours to complete a report that should only take 20 minutes.Accuracy from their office is, surprisingly, low in calibre and they have had me call a company to assess someone who left weeks before the project started.Don't give in on mystery shopping, it is a very interesting job, but just give in with these jokers as they are the bad apples that spoil the whole field of this vocation..

Good company to work for

A wide variety of assignments and any issues are resolved relatively quick. Would overall recommend.

Very easy company to work

Very easy company to work with although they have high standards and you have to be a VERY good mystery shopper for them to be satisfied

Amber Arch take forever to pay and are stingy. I once mystery shopped for a luxury brand, gave them a detailed report. But they raised an objection and did not process my report. In short they did not pay me. They did not had the courtesy to pay me half the amount of fee. I wont recommend this company to anyone.

Daylight Slavery

Take six weeks to pay - none of the other eleven agencies I work for take anything like this long so they are sitting on funds. The lengthiest of all reports and for the minimum pay. Most agencies require a yes/no and brief answers. This company are very rude and demand a War and Peace epic for each narrative. They can't spell and would go mad if we did the same. Twice they sent me the wrong information and I had to correct THEM.Yep, as someone said. Avoid at all costs. You'd do better finding work elsewhere. This company are on another planet exploiting people who are looking to earn a bob or two.

Briefs can be lengthy but are straightforward. It takes a while to get paid but do always get paid.

Stingy, unethical penny pinchers

I don't know how this awful company gets away with it. They take ages to pay you and have very little kindness, empathy, generosity or compassion for those unlucky enough to do business with them. Their emails can be surly and patronising. Their pay is very poor and they are unethically exploiting those who are desperate for work and money. They treat you like an idiot and have little genuine appreciation for your diligent, conscientious work. An appalling company.
