Terrible service

No updates and still no sign of my package after 20 days. I could have walked the package to my front door faster.

Unclear and unresponsive

I bought a shirt from a platform that used this service. Due to a postal strike, it got delayed, which isn’t their fault. However, it took three months to travel from one state to another. I contacted them for updates but received no answer (it’s been a week). My package eventually arrived, but it was unclear which company would deliver it.

I would rate them zero stars if I could...

I would rate them zero stars if possible. My package was supposedly received by them on November 28th, but there's still no sign of it. No tracking updates for three weeks after they received it. Then suddenly, two updates appeared at once on January 1st for dates in December. By January 6th, everything disappeared, the tracking number was incorrect, and they claimed they hadn't received the package. The only way to communicate is via email, and I've tried three times with no response. Frustrating!

Unreliable Service and Poor Communication

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with APC Postal Logistics. My package has been stuck in Amsterdam since December 12 with no tracking updates. Despite reaching out to them, I received a generic response stating that delivery typically takes 4-9 business days and that delays “may happen.” It’s now well beyond their estimated timeline, and no clear explanation or resolution has been provided.What’s even more disappointing is the lack of proactive communication or effort to escalate the issue. As the carrier, APC Postal Logistics should be responsible for ensuring timely delivery and addressing problems when delays occur, but they’ve failed on both fronts.I cannot recommend their service, as they seem unable or unwilling to provide reliable delivery or meaningful customer support.

These people couldn’t deliver snow to the North Pole!

What an absolute joke these people are. Ordered a record via the U2 Shop, estimated delivery was 4-6 December. Have lodged numerous enquiries with APC Postal Logistics, who have done absolutely nothing! Currently 15 December and still waiting. These people need to look up what Customer Service is cause they have no friggin idea!

Refusing to redeliver or give an option to pick up.

I ordered from a USA website which (very unfortunately) utilised APC Logistics. They ‘attempted to deliver’ 11 days ago, stating the reason they could not deliver was because the address was wrong. When I went into the tracking, the address was correct, but this didn’t seem to matter to the very poor and lazy customer service department. When I asked if I could change the (already correct) address, they stated they can’t change the address after it had been attempted to be delivered. They did not even give me an option to pick it up from a hub (like most delivery services), nor did they state they intend to return it to the seller. A direct quote from the most current email from customer support: ‘we cannot make any guarantees that the product will be redelivered’. No guarantees? You’re the only player in this game, so do your one job and guarantee the delivery of the package. My package is currently in APC purgatory and I have very little hope it will ever escape to its proper resting place. I, however, am in hell dealing with these DHL knockoffs. Horrible. Avoid at all costs. Businesses NEED to stop utilising these scam artists.

Not the best experience!

They said they put a card through my door when they did not and what's more I was in. The second time (day2) they did put a card through but with no reference/customer number. The phone number on the website doesn't work, it's always "busy" and immediately disconnects! I called the local office and I was told by the man on the phone I couldn't speak with a manager but he would hand my details on and they would phone me. Guess what, nobody has phoned! I will not be using this service again. I suggest you do not use them. I would really just like my delivery time so I can be in or can they just leave the item? It's not tricky.
