Review Time
Brother ordered something online for collection from store.Collection date and time given.No email to say it was ready for collection so visited anyway as store closing 1hr after collection time.Was told they haven't got the item and won't have till the following day.Time and time again this happens. Just reiterates why I HATE argos.Had it been my item, I would have demanded a full refund there and then.
Ordered a TV then they cancelled the order?Now they tell me they will not refund my money for 7 working days ??This company has taken my money by deceit and are keeping it for nearly 2 weeks. DO NOT EVER USE this company they are a bunch of crooks !IN RESPONSE TO ARGOS:Keeping my money fraudulently is nothing to do with the banks, simply your companies blatant fraud.NEVER USE THIS BUNCH OF THIEVING CROOKS !
Not once but twice I placed an order. On each day on which delivery was expected I received a message that the item was 'out for delivery'. On expiry of each delivery slot I contacted Argos to be told that the item had not been in stock. In that case, I wonder how it could have been 'out for delivery'? Eventually (and only after I requested compensation for my wasted time and the inaccurate messages from Argos) I was sent a £10 voucher. I'd much rather have been told from the start that the item was unavailable. Both times.
