Misleading Return Policy & Poor Customer Service

Would not recommend purchasing from Arlo Streetwear.I ordered a pair of shoes that were far too wide and did not fit properly. When I reached out to return them, I was told I would need to ship them back to a warehouse in China - something that was not made clear at the time of purchase. Instead of offering a proper return or refund, they offered me only 20% back if I kept the item, which felt like pressure to accept a bad deal.This practice feels deliberately misleading, especially for a company selling to UK customers. According to UK consumer law, I’m entitled to a full refund if I cancel within 14 days , but they made that very difficult. Return shipping to China is expensive and not reasonable for an item that doesn’t fit or wasn’t described clearly.Buyers beware: the return process is costly, inconvenient, and not transparent. I’m currently disputing the charge through my bank. I recommend avoiding this retailer unless you’re willing to risk losing your money if the item isn’t right

This site needs to be taken down, like all the other reviews, items look nothing like the photos, it’s not a UK business, nowhere in the returns policy does it say you have to return to China and to top it off since I made my purchase I’ve had fraudulent activity on my bank account

Totally misled by this company, The company have lied about the quality, the style it’s hideous and oh yes despite claiming to be a UK based company which I checked on before buying all returns need to be returned to China ! Can this be legal?

Scam, don't use this company, they send from china. And changes X4 times. Shoes doesn't match the UK sizes. Cannot return, offering for 20% refund. Not interested. Delivery takes more than a month.. avoid

‼️DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY‼️I ordered 2 dresses for £60 when they eventually arrived what a joke… sizes are completely wrong… dresses looked nothing like the picture. Couldn’t fit in one and could of fitted both me and hubby in the next…. They have a London base address but when I asked for a refund it’s to china at a cost of £40++I emailed and they said they would refund 20% and I could keep the dresses I said absolutely not then they replied and said they would refund 30% and I could keep the dresses. I wouldn’t wear the dresses ever they were so bad. I told them I was reporting to trading standards.I got my bank involved and I got a full refund…
