Although the customer service was positive the returns process is ridiculous.You buy a product you think is from UK, actually product comes from China. Takes well over a month to receive. Adding insult to injury to return the product it has to be returned back to china at a cost of around £30 from where I live.I was offered 20% refund and to keep the product but let's face it what good is that to you if it doesn't fit

Not even worth the 1 star! Avoid this company at all costs. They are not a UK company as the address shows on their website. Delivery takes way longer than they tell you and when you ask to return they try and persuade you to keep the clothes and have a partial (20%/30%) refund. This keeps going up even when you keep saying you want to return for a full refund. They then tell you that you have to return to China at your own expense. £26 the postage cost me on 10th September and I am still waiting for my refund!! Overall, poor quality clothing, very delayed delivery times, shocking customer service. I wish I had never come across them!!

Poor quality, expensive return postage

I regret not checking reviews. The quality was poor and the shoes were too small. The return cost on a £35 pair of shoes could have been up to £42. So I didn't bother and have learned a lesson.

DO NOT ORDER anything from these scammers!!My dress was totally see through, asked for a refund and then the whole script started with "You need to post it to China or keep it and we'll refund you 20%"My mistake for not reading reviews first.Asking my bank to deal with the refund as paid on Debit card

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! You can not return these items without paying £50 in fees because the items are actually made in china. They make you think you’re buying from England but you’re not!! Scam company selling fake clothes and not as advertised. I’ll be contacting my bank for a refund

SCAM COMPANY - CHINA NOT UK BASEDAwful Cheap copies from China nothing like advertised. Take weeks to arrive. Told Returns are not to UK address on website but to China. Which costs more than the refund!!DO NOT USE - reporting to Trading Standards and Paypal UPDATE- Paypal have refunded me in full and closed the case - since then Global Commerce have emailed me using an email address made to look like it was Paypal offering a 50% refund - if I had not realised Paypal had already refunded me in full, and accepted their 50% offer they would have been able to reopen the case and take 50% back. They are a total SCAM company! Claim your money back if you paid via PayPal. You can also claim back on your credit or debit card!

Horrendous experience

Dress arrived whilst we were on holiday due to delay past the delivery times quoted on their website. I asked the postman to return to sender to avoid risk of theft while we were away. The company claim they don’t have the dress back and have kept my money. Nothing on their website states this is cannot be done. And same would have happened if postman had no access to deliver. They are fully aware I haven’t had the item and are refusing a refund claiming it is my fault the item is ‘lost’ and will end up in land fill. This has been going on for 2 months now. Avoid at all costs

Do not order!!!!!!!

Do not order!!!!!!!! I looked here before ordering and the company had no reviews I took a chance and it did not pay off! The company advertising they are based in London which they are not the parcels come from china they just have a register London address used for business advertising!! I requested a return as the parcel took so long to come. I have an email back saying would I except 20%?!?!?!? Sorry 20% no I will not. The item its self was nothing like the picture it’s a cheap horrible knock off of the pictures!!
