What I'll like to know is why did Ashley Stewart stop selling shoes? Also I'm finding that the quality in their materials are not as nice . When I first started shopping at Ashley stewart as a plussize women. I loved that they catered for all Women and ages. Infact I still have a lot of items from early 2000 in good shape. I hope my review helps and please bring back your wide with shoes. I still like shopping with Ashley stewart they do have great sales considering other plussize stores..just would like to see some improvements width selections, and bring back shoes and better quality of materials.
Purchased a pair of jeans, and needed to exchange for one size smaller. immediately began the process, was informed I would need to find a ups store to process it and the estimated return would only be half of the money I spent.Not only that, looked at the exact same item within the next few days it had a price increase of $12 had to pay this extra hike amount for the same item in a smaller size.

So disappointed I pay my Ashley Stewart bill between the 1st and 6th of the month the bill is due on the 28th of each month I'm being charged a late fee because their bill cycle is the 28th I have received harassing calls saying my account is a month overdue once I've paid off my balance will never make large purchases again

I ordered 3 dresses in different sizes for a funeral. Once I got the dresses one I did not like because of how its made in the front could not see that on the model. One I did not like how it look on me, the last one was not funeral material and I didn't care for it. Took to the store to return it I was told they cannot accept a large order it has to be shipped back 8 dresses. Once I called the 844-327-4539 I talked to different people everyone had a different story to tell me. Talk to a so called supervisor on July 1st and she was supposed to call me back in 1-2 hours and its July 3rd and still have not called me back. Then the young lady I talked today tell me once they received the items it's up to them if they will issue me a refund. I will never buy from them again. Just got a credit card and I canceled it the same day I received it. Do not shop at Ashley if you have to ordered different sizes and you might have to send them back. I give them a 0 not a 1 Margaret
Ordered an e-gift card. Customer service on the phone and chat are both saying it was sent. I checked order status and it’s saying it will be sent. I haven’t received a confirmation that it was processed and sent; neither do I have the ecard. They can’t provide me details or proof of delivery. Getting the run around. Will be disputing
