Ordered an e-gift card

Ordered an e-gift card. Customer service on the phone and chat are both saying it was sent. I checked order status and it’s saying it will be sent. I haven’t received a confirmation that it was processed and sent; neither do I have the ecard. They can’t provide me details or proof of delivery. Getting the run around. Will be disputing

Store #356112 located in the Bay Plaza…

Store #356112 located in the Bay Plaza Mall in the Bronx is the best of the ones in the NYC area( I've been to them all).The store manager Diana has been there for years and today for the first time, I told her how well she runs this store. It's always clean and they are so helpful, even the manager is so very hands on, not just leaving it to the associates. Amina, she rang me twice in a row, I needed to do a return and she remembered me and was just as pleasant as the first time.We usually run to the internet to complain, but I wanted to give them their just due. They know what retail and customer service is all about.Thank you Bay Plaza!!!!

Store #356112 located in the Bay Plaza Mall in the Bronx is the best of the ones in the NYC area( I've been to them all).The store manager Diana has been there for years and today for the first time, I told her how well she runs this store. I was not receiving my statements for…

I was not receiving my statements for my credit cards,which resulted in 2 late fees. When I was made aware of this, I paid everything off. They cut my available balance to $100. Then they closed my account without notice 2 years later.

No longer an Ashley Stewart fan

I use to love Ashley Stewart. I don't know WTH has happened to AS but the quality of clothes and customer service is crap. I looked up who owns it and the CEO is James Rhee, an Asian-American man of Korean descent. He took over in 2013 and saved AS from bankruptcy. That is great, but what has happened recently? The style and quality of clothes use to be good. I call customer service because I'm charged for a dress that was not received in the order. Having trouble getting it removed. Probably because the people in customer service, we can barely understand each other. I tried to pay my balance but it's telling me my balance is $0 but yet finance charges and late fees steady accumulate. Call back in 48 hours they say and you can make the minimum payment. smdh I'm going to the actual store in 48 hours, pay the statement balance and close my daggone account! Don't play with my money!! Almost make me feel like this was on purpose. If I didn't look further into it my balance would have continued to increase.

Never delivered - refuse to refund

They never delivered and 3 months later have not refunded me almost $200.They keep emailing me the same standard response “we’re working on it, please way 10 days” and nothing.They're absolute crooks.

Still Waiting

I ordered 2 pair pants and a shirt, they were all way too big and long. I followed the return process, went to UPS to return, 10.00 was immediately deducted from what I had paid, they received the merchandise bac on June 18, 2024 and I still yet to receive all of my refund. Their customer service is ridiculous. When you email more than once, it goes to a different person and they just keep requesting the same info over and over. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE ONLINE FROM ASHLEY STEWART. It always amazes me how quickly and without problem, money can be deducted from your account but you have to go thru ---- and high water to get it returned to your account.
