BAD BUSINESS

I’ve recently purchased about 14 items from Ashley Stewart’s online and three of the items were bigger than expected so naturally I had to send them back. First of all I had to pay $10 to have all the items to me then I had to pay $10 to send the three items back and two separate orders so it was $20. They didn’t allow to print out a return sheet, then the drop off points were too far! I thought ordering offline was support be convenient for the customer? Well needless to say I sent the items back Friday the 25th of May received a confirmation email that they received both packages now I have to wait an additional 14 days for processing????? Huh you received my packages why am I waiting so long for them to be processed when I paid to ship them back? I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone! Please look elsewhere before you order offline from Ashley Stewart Stores!

I recently purchased a dress with metallic lettering. I purchased a week prior to wearing. Anyways the day I wore it noticed the Letter was coming up in certain spots. Although I loved the camu off the shoulder dress. I wrote Ashley to let the know exactly what letters were lifted. The response was I’m sorry you can return the dress and $10 dollars will be deducted. Ok like I buy mostly all my clothes from this place if they pull my name they would see my history. I purchase at least once a month at least a $100 or less. I watch the clearance daily as they send out there text messages daily. What I’m realizing is that I’m not a valued customer. The quality is poor and maybe I need to keep my coins in my pocket or shop somewhere else. To deduct $10 for something I paid for hell know. But once I did my research and found out the ceo and who these clothes are made for…… plus size African American I was like oooh. Ok. SMH.

I bought a dress whose quality was subpar.. the dress was reduced to $10.. when I tried to get a price adjustment they declined…now they want to deduct $10 from my money to initiate the return.. then I will have to pay to return the dress.. because you cannot return it to the store.. they just lost a customer.. their quality is not great neither are the styles… Customer service at Ashley Stewart is horrible..

I am so fed up with this store and how they treat people. Every time I go into this store in Charlotte the service is BAD. The employees make me feel like they don't want me there. It has gotten so bad that I order on line because the employees are so disdainful towards me. I only go into the location to return what I ordered on line. After making a return yesterday I called and canceled my card that I've had for 8 years. I will never do business here again. **Also their sz's are not true to sz AND their product is not worth the $$. I never bought a lot but now I'll give my money to a store that appreciates my business.

Rude service

Great Team

New Location but same great attitude and atmosphere. Im happy that the ladies at this store enjoy their jobs and customers. They also enjoy working with each other. NorthOaks store. The manager, assistant are phenomenal and the staff is supportive and a joy to see whenever I go into this store

We are not clowns

I would like to see more classy pieces. I don't like the shirts that are too short in the front. I'm plus size my fupa shows. The prints, colors, super size legs and sleeves make us look like clowns. Please try to put together more classic pieces.
