Review Time
I ordered $118 worth of clothes from Ashley Stewart. UPS delivered it to the wrong address. Not one time did AS offer to resend the package. I filed a claim, and was told by UPS that AS would not send the claim paperwork back to them. Two months later and I still don’t have my money or my product. I will NEVER shop here again. Their claims department doesn’t care and the company as a whole could care less about its customers. All I expected them to do was offer to resend the items. They refused to do so and as a result of me having to be the victim and orchestrate my own return, I will never forget how I was treated by their customer service department.
Ordered a few items from their website and on the day of arrival somebody stole the items off of my porch contacted Ashley Stewart they told me to contact USPS I was told after their investigation they determined that the items were delivered to my porch but they don't know what happened to it after that so because it was Mark delivered there's nothing that they were going to do about it so I don't know if the carrier stole it or if it was actually taken off the porch by somebody else I contacted Ashley Stewart just to see if they would send me some replacements I was told that the only way they would do that is if I was to pay for everything all over again I asked to speak to a manager the lady claimed that they were busy and I wouldn't be able to contact them through phone and she basically said that because it it was left up to USPS to deliver my package and that because it was marked delivered that they were not going to replace them nor issue a refund or do anything to help solve my dilemma

What I'll like to know is why did Ashley Stewart stop selling shoes? Also I'm finding that the quality in their materials are not as nice . When I first started shopping at Ashley stewart as a plussize women. I loved that they catered for all Women and ages. Infact I still have a lot of items from early 2000 in good shape. I hope my review helps and please bring back your wide with shoes. I still like shopping with Ashley stewart they do have great sales considering other plussize stores..just would like to see some improvements width selections, and bring back shoes and better quality of materials.
