Review Time
I'm not shocked to see this rating. I was going to post my experience and found that other people have also endured nightmares brought on by this company. My experience is simple. I purchased something for my aunt for Christmas. She specifically asked for some items from Ashley Stewart. I placed the order 11/21 for her Christmas gift. Christmas is 12/25 according to customer service, I would have had to return the items by 12/21 which is clearly before Christmas. They didn't offer a store credit, exchange, or anything. I would have gotten my aunt something else because the items didn't fit. Just sorry we have policies. This is NOT how a company that wants to provide good customer care/service treats their customers. Especially during the holiday. I would advise everyone to tell their friends and anyone you encounter that mentions a desire to order from them to NOT! also there is a reddit forum where people also reviewed this company poorly. I legit have never experienced this during the holidays. Fortunately for me. I don't shop here normally so not coming back will be easy!

I did express delivery 12.95. I need help to retrieve my order# set up chat. I requested a refund because based on the time frame. package did not make it in time for my trip. It was gift for my niece. Chat continued to copy and paste responses. Would not give me a supervisor, no operators ID and asked if where in the states. I find if outside of the states i have the hardest time getting a refund. it clearly states----Shipping MethodDelivery in 2-4 business days, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays on orders placed by 2:00 P.M. ET.He gives me FAQ link says different. we dont have a store local and this used to be my store. But because of the customer service expertience, Im not shopping here any more what if something else goes wrong. Even when I called in I had the hardest time getting the ladies name kept repeating info just like the chat, kept copying and pasting his answers. After a 45 min chat he finally told me his name after I confronted him he was not being truthful.

Used to be a really good place to shop but other companies have come in with better pricing and quality items. I just received a new belt that's already tarnished and their response was to send back a label for me to have to use my time to go return it, not to send a replacement and a label to return the damaged one.

Returned a dress over a month ago that came to me very wrinkled and looking like it had been previously returned. Still have yet to receive the refund. I keep getting the run around that they are processing it. I will never order from them again.

I love Ashley Stewart, when I shop there it mainly for there imitate wear, I have complained to the corporate office about there Bar's. There not lasting 6 mos for me, I am a heavy chested young lady, and the wire keep coming out of the bar's less than 6 mos.I have been going through this over a year. When I made a complaint, no one has never gotten back to me, again I do love this store, but this would be the thing for me to stop shopping with you guys, if this problem consists. You need more material where the wire sits
