I am a new customer that forgot to pay my bill and they refused to waive the late fee. They can waive 15. Unacceptable to me. The agent told me I was paperless. She said she could take my payment and won't charge me to take it. Smh! Ok let's make the payment so I will have a zero balance and no more late fees. Gave my cc, she said it declined. It's a Visa, correct. No ma'am. So have it again. Still declined. What reason is it giving you, no reason you need to call your bank. No I don't because I have money in my account. Online Payment isn't user friendly. I hate I got this card!!!!!!! Cost me more than it's worth! I just called back and got a different rep and gave her my exact card information and what do you know...it went thru just fine!! I hate their customer service. Customers are the reason you have a job....please train your people. I did speak with the manager but that was to vent because I am beyond Irate!! I don't feel like that will go anywhere. Just glad to have paid you all so I won't have to deal with you all!!! Omg i wish I could have given no stars!!!
I received Christmas gift from Ashley Stewart and the item is too small. They would not accept the item back the return policy and customer service is unacceptable. They wouldn't even allow for a larger size. I will NEVER purchase another item from them.

I used to love Ashley Stewart I made a purchase on January 5th today I was going online to see what they have I notice one of my items that I purchased it's on sale now so I called the customer service and ask them for price adjustment and they do not do that they want you to go inside the store returned item now mind you the store does not have that same price that's online and will not price match it so you have to return the item to the store then reorder it and pay that shipping and handling when they can be like the other competitors call in tell him your dilemma and they have no problem with giving you that adjustment now that's fanatical customer service but not at Ashley Stewart 😒

I just opened the box to the shoes I ordered and they’re used, someone wore them and the zipper was broken on the left shoe. They are clearly marked on the bottom of the shoes with dirt and the insides are worn in! I’m very disappointed because I really liked these shoes. Why would a company send me worn broken shoes?

Very poor customer service I order sweat shirt got a t-shirt now they want me to e-mail them proof I got the wrong item plus charge me 8.00 to ship back the wrong item they sent will order from them again also Whoopi better pay attention because this is bad for her too.

with ashley stewart ordering online I was sent the wrong items twice and then i ordered a jacket and pants instead i receive two of the same jacket and I am a regular customer, now it makes me scared to order any more i was very disappointed
