The worst customer service....and subpar products. I do t know why I ever ordered a second time from this place, only to be disappointed yet again. The shipping is never free even if your order is $500. And to return an item ist $8, even if the mistake was theirs. Worst company ever!
Avoid this company like the plague.I was really excited to give Ashley Stewart a try and hopefully make it my go to for my entire wardrobe for both work and casually. First off, as a plus size woman that typically wears a 1x for a bit of looseness, there should be NO reason a size 3x should snuggly fit me. That isn't plus size sizing - that's the result of poor/cheap manufacturing, and tossing a "Curvy" label on it to make profit. So naturally, at this point, we decided we did NOT want to support this company and the quality of the clothes, and sent the clothes back. Mind you, these clothes are unworn, tags still on, the whole 9 yards. Our order total before shipping and after sales tax? $180.59.The amount we received via refund with our OWN shipping label we provided?$153.23.There is almost a $30.00 discrepancy, unlike anything I have EVER seen with any online retailer. At that point, we would have saved more money by marking RTS and making Ashley Stewart front the cost on shipping, then paying the chargeback.Did I mention this entire return process took over 4 weeks? Yeah. 4 weeks, $30 lost (over $60 when you tie in shipping costs). Save your money and time - there are so many other retailers to shop at. Ashley Stewart is just another shoddy retailer with no chance at a sustainable future.
Purchased a bra from here like I have done so many times before. My size has changed, therefore the bra I purchased online didn't fit. I could not return the bra in store. I never heard of a company refusing to accept refunds for an online purchase in store. I thought that was a huge red flag. Turns out it was. Refusing to accept refunds in the stores allows the company to charge crazy refund fees and blame it on shipping. That's the scam. I paid $50 for one bra that doesn't fit. Ashley Stewart deducted a $20 fee for shipping and tax although I used the label they provided. No where on the form they send, does it say I will be charged twice for one shipping fee.
If I could leave no stars I would! Customer service is horrible. Dont ever try to return in the items they put you back in there loops! I spent plenty of money in there brick and mortar store but when it comes to online to not shop online because if you have to return it they will not give you your money back
I bought online a white dress with silver rhinestones on the front of the dress most of the stones were missing and the dress looks like it was refurbished and it didn't look like a new dress, and it didn't fit properly one side was longer Than the other, I was very disappointed so I returned for a full refund, and for my surprise My full purchase was $32.74 and they refunded less than what they charged me including I paid the shipping and handling almost $9.00 dollars I wouldn't never do business with this firm they are a ripped off.
I placed an order today online and then I decided to cancel it. I was told that once you place an order it can not be cancelled. I have never hear of this-have you? You should be able to cancel anything you place online.DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY STEWART!
I ordered a few items from this company last week, and I glad I tired everything on before hanging it in my closet. My new sweater had a hole right in the center (breast area) and it big enough to see your finger through it. I proceeded to try on another item ( gold duster) to find out that my sleeve length didn't come close to touching my wrist 😒 ( I'm short, short arms) so I sent both items back for an exchange. I don't want to judge the company unless they give me good reason. Please send my items back and don't charge me for you all mess up 🤷🏾♀️
