Just got an email from Ashley Stewart saying they were going to cancel my credit card due to no activity. I was like ok, fine. Your cloths are cheap overpriced crap anyway. Then email goes on to say that they will report to the credit bureau that they canceled me. So because your clothes are worthless, you want to mess with my credit report? Oh, they did tell me to make a purchase and this will not happen. So I bought an ugly overpriced straw hat. Having to be forced into buying your junk to keep my credit from being hit is BS!

I cannot fault the service provided by Ashley Stewart. As an international purchaser, I live in AUSTRALIA, they kept me informed of the progress of my order and which freight company my packages were being sent through. It took approximately 2 weeks for the package to arrive and this is reasonable considering it was coming from the other side of the world.Their clothing is gorgeous and trendy and I will certainly purchase from them again, however due to the Corona Virus concerns they have temporarily suspended International shipping. Can hardly wait to buy more clothing, weeeeee!VERY HAPPY “AUSSIE” CUSTOMER

I am a new customer that forgot to pay my bill and they refused to waive the late fee. They can waive 15. Unacceptable to me. The agent told me I was paperless. She said she could take my payment and won't charge me to take it. Smh! Ok let's make the payment so I will have a zero balance and no more late fees. Gave my cc, she said it declined. It's a Visa, correct. No ma'am. So have it again. Still declined. What reason is it giving you, no reason you need to call your bank. No I don't because I have money in my account. Online Payment isn't user friendly. I hate I got this card!!!!!!! Cost me more than it's worth! I just called back and got a different rep and gave her my exact card information and what do you know...it went thru just fine!! I hate their customer service. Customers are the reason you have a job....please train your people. I did speak with the manager but that was to vent because I am beyond Irate!! I don't feel like that will go anywhere. Just glad to have paid you all so I won't have to deal with you all!!! Omg i wish I could have given no stars!!!
