I had a frustrating experience with the service. Their invoice confuses the 'goods value' and 'total amount paid,' which may not be an issue for local customers but is a significant problem for those outside the region. Furthermore, the company seems indifferent to their mistakes, disregarding the concerns of international clients. Ultimately, this situation is a reminder to choose vendors who prioritize customer experience and minimize stress and financial loss. Paying unnecessary customs fees due to misunderstandings is both a financial burden and a source of frustration.
I am quite dissatisfied with my experience regarding the service, not only due to the initial error but also how it was handled. On December 5, I ordered speakers that were out of stock, with delivery set for February. I was later informed of a shipping mistake regarding a similar model. I was told I could keep it or refuse delivery, with the correct model to follow. Recently, I received a cancellation notification for my order without my approval. Now, if I try to reorder, delivery has been pushed back significantly. The most frustrating part is my three emails to customer support in the last day have gone unanswered. While errors can happen, unilaterally canceling orders and ignoring customers is unacceptable. I expected much better communication and professionalism.

I was told I could keep them or refuse delivery, and the correct model would arrive in February. However, I recently received a cancellation email for my order without my consent. Now, trying to reorder, delivery is postponed to late February or early March. The most frustrating part is that I've emailed the support team three times in the last 24 hours without a single response. Mistakes happen, but canceling an order without communication is unacceptable. I expected much better professionalism.
This company is fantastic. I bought one of their amplifiers five years ago, and I use it daily. Recently, I had an issue with the power switch burning out. They quickly sent me a new switch at no charge, getting me back on track. Even though I'm in a different country, they went above and beyond to assist me. I rarely write reviews, but their excellent products and customer service inspired me to share.
