Ordered an item with 7-10 day delivery. Paid more than other placesbecause they had it in stock and couldn't wait. 4 weeks have passed. Tried ringing a dozen times. Sometimes over 2 hours on hold and randomly get cut off.Tried emailing but get an Auto email reply saying they are short staffed.If this is true they shouldn't be taking your money and limit online sales.Without these pram adapters we cannot go out for walks so have been house bound for a month...
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE FACT THAT IT STATES THIS COMPANY HAVE BEEN GOING FOR OVER 20 YEARS! I ORDERED A HIGHCHAIR 4 WEEEKS AGAO AND EACH WEEK I HAVE BEEN PROMISED I WILL RECIEVE THIS ITEM BUT NOTHING. YOU CANNOT GET HOLD OF THEM ON THE TELEPHONE AND WHEN YOU EMAIL THE COMPANY ALL YOU GET BACK IS A RESPONSE STATING THEY WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN THE ITEM HAS BEEN DISPATCHED. THIS IS THE LAST THING YOU WANT AT 36 WEEKS PREGNANT AND I THINK ITS UTTERLY DISGUSTING! IWISH I HAD TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT ALL THE BAD REVIEWS BEFORE I PACED AN ORDER WITH THEM BUT I THOUGHT AS THERE WAS SOME GOOD REVIEWS MAYBE IT WAS OK. OH MY GOD I WAS SO WRONG!! DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I HAVE MADE! WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS!
If I could leave 0 stars I would.I ordered a car seat and base which should have arrived within 10 working days maximum.2 weeks went by and I'd still not had so much as a dispatch email. When I tried to contact customer service via telephone for the first time, I was on hold for 2 hours and still 9th in line to speak to an operator before I hung up to get on with my day.The second time I phoned, I was on hold for 3 hours before the line cut out. When I tried to phone back, there was an automated message saying that the department was now shut due to the baby show.I've since sent multiple emails requesting a refund and have been told twice that it would be actioned within 24 hours and I'd receive an email confirmation.My refund has still not been actioned. This has now been ongoing for 4 weeks.Customer service is absolutely appalling and I would never recommend anybody to shop from this website.
The staff at the Derby BabyPlanet shop couldn't have been more helpful! We walked in the shop as first time parents expecting twins with no idea what to do. All staff went above and beyond for us and we never felt pushed to buy anything. Their prices were great and included lots of additional add ons too. Definitely worth a visit if you're local to Derby!
Absolute rubbish of a company I bought a footmuff as a gift and have been lied to about delivery times Now I just want my money back so my friends baby doesn’t have to stay in the cold but no they’re just avoiding my emails and being super dodgy about it Please please please don’t buy from them
I have ordered a car seat and after one month waiting still haven’t arrived yet despite they said it will be delivered 7-10 days…Tried to call them from the moment they open in the morning and stay in the que till 5pm when they close no one ever pick up the phone! Sent thousands of emails and called for few days never be able to talk to anyone! Can’t even cancel the order! Struggling to get my money back! Plz don’t buy anything from this website!
