Review Time
Criticised this company and rightly so. However to be fair they have fulfilled their promise and my goods were delivered today. Shame customers have to suffer so much stress in getting the goods they have paid for but they have put it right so thank you.
Ordered a travel system at a baby show in March with estimated delivery time 3-6 weeks. A week later I recieved an email to say some of the items I had ordered were not available from the supplier and therefore there would be a delay on my delivery until the end of April. I accepted this however I then didnt hear anything from them until I started enquiring where my order was in mid May. I then had to constantly chase the order before eventually receiving it in June. I am now having to hope I have no problems with it so I dont have to deal with them again. Dont make orders at baby shows!
Placed an oder on Saturday for a baby mattress, it promptly arrived on Tuesday. I originally sent my partner the link and he looked up reviews on trip advisor after placing an order. Reviews aren't great on online orders so we were abit worried it would not turn up! Great service would personally recommend :)
We ordered a few products from different stores. We have waited over 10 weeks for all of our stuff to arrive. We are still waiting for our car seat. One of the most important things! What if our baby comes early, we are suck without a car seat. I've had to chase our order every step of the way and never do I get an update, unless I email to chase every 2 weeks. I'm now told the car seat that was due mid May will arrive in the next 7-10 working days and then they'll email a delivery date. We are so lucky we still have a little time before my due date but what about those who are due sooner? Just be aware to give 3 to 4 months before your due date before ordering at a show from baby planet
I bought an iCandy peach bundle and opted for the standard free shipping. The order was shipped within 24 hours by DPD which gave me confidence that I would receive the order on the date and time stated. The order was placed on 9/5, shipped on 10/5 and received on 11/5/22 in 3 large boxes, one iCandy box and all accessories where in the two large brown boxes but packaged in their original smaller iCandy boxes inside the two large boxes. All boxes and items were in perfect condition.Pram was not the easiest to assemble and manual was not easy to follow but this is an iCandy problem. Very happy with the service and love my pram and have placed another order. Can’t wait for baby to arrive ☺️
