I needed a graphic print for a trade show but I ordered the wrong size. Backdropsource let me know my mistake and made quick changes to the print and had it delivered on the date promised earlier. I ordered a “biodegradable” banner which I was told would be made in NV. Shortly after, a package arrived from China with a synthetic banner. I contacted the company and suddenly the person we had placed the order with was not available. (Fake person maybe?) The answer I received repeatedly from the company was “we will inform you” and “a replacement is in the way” and “the manager will call you back”. I tried emailing, calling, messaging through Facebook, always the same person with the same answers. Needless to say, they never sent me a replacement or refunded my money as I requested. They falsely advertise a product they do not carry, falsely inform clients of what their product is and where it is made and offer no customer service to right their wrong. I do not recommend this company at all.EDITED TO ADD: I performed a burn test on the fabric. Cotton should smell like wood burning and leave flaky ash. The banner sent to me melted into a hard plastic nub. Even if Backdrop Source does have a truly biodegradable banner, they sent me the wrong item and did nothing to correct the mistake despite multiple requests by me to do so. And as evidence in the response below, gaslight me instead of correcting the mistake. Zero stars.
The backdrop we got was absolutely perfect for our event. The service was flawless and delivery was prompt, while the quality of the backdrop itself was great. Easy to assemble, very clean look at the end, and we received plenty of comments on how great it looked.
