The tree that was sent to us was not the tree we ordered. It was difficult to get a straight answer when or if the correct one would be delivered. Finally gave up and returned the tree. Had to complain to get free shipping return. This product was subpar and I don't recommend purchasing it.
I recently took advantage of a post-holiday sale to buy a smaller artificial tree. I got it at a fantastic 60% discount, and shipping was complimentary. The tree arrived within a few days. I unboxed and assembled it right away to check for any damages or missing pieces. Everything was in perfect condition, and I absolutely love the tree! It matches the description perfectly, and I'm very satisfied.
I purchased a "European Silver Fir Tree" on December 5, 2025, and received it on December 13. Initially, it seemed fine, but I found the assembly process to be quite tedious and frustrating. Getting all the lights to function properly was a challenge, and during the holidays, they kept flickering despite my efforts to secure the connections. By the time I realized the issues, it was too late in the season to exchange it, and I discovered that the return deadline was December 25. Ultimately, I feel I overpaid for what turned out to be a visually appealing yet poorly designed product.
Purchased a 6 ft tree for Christmas 2021, but the lights began to fail by Christmas 2023. After contacting the support team, they replaced the tree for Christmas 2024. Unfortunately, the lights started malfunctioning again by Christmas 2025. When we reached out, we were told the tree was out of warranty, as the warranty only covers from the original purchase date. Given that the tree is used for less than a month each year, the lights should have a longer lifespan.
Caution: It's important to note that not all samples in the 10-piece kit are available in unlit versions. I recently had a 10-minute conversation with a representative who informed me that the product page for each tree specifies whether they are unlit. However, the sample kit primarily includes trees that are lit, which wasn't clearly indicated on the order page. I selected 4 out of the 10 pieces in the sample kit, and unfortunately, none of those options are unlit! "Please be aware that not all trees, including the Noble Fir, are offered in unlit variations. The kit is designed to help you explore different branch types to find the best match for your needs." Why not allow customers to choose from the 25 trees available for sampling? Or provide separate kits for lit and unlit options? "Thank you for bringing this to our attention—I genuinely appreciate your direct feedback. You’re correct, the sample kit page does not adequately clarify that not all styles are available in unlit options, and I understand how this could lead to misplaced expectations." I hope the $19 I spent on these unhelpful samples doesn't deter potential customers.
This has been the most frustrating shopping experience I've ever encountered. I purchased a tree in mid-November, a 15-foot model for $2,000 during a Black Friday sale. It took me five calls to the support team and over a month to receive my tree. When it finally arrived, I was sent the wrong one. I had ordered the tree with smart light technology but received the 'renew' version, which is $400 cheaper on their site. I contacted customer service again, and the representative insisted I received the right tree, claiming the labeling was 'incorrect.' I pointed out the obvious differences in the needles and the fact that the tree had manual lights, matching the cheaper version's description. I was told the renew version I ordered doesn't even exist. I offered to send links to both listings on their website that clearly show they do exist. After a lengthy discussion, I suggested keeping the cheaper tree if I was refunded the price difference. Instead, I was transferred to a supervisor who tried to convince me again that the tree I received was correct, explaining that they were transitioning all trees to this 'renew' version. When I questioned why there were still two separate listings with a significant price difference, I was told their system was 'catching up.' I even found other reviews online from customers who experienced the same issue. Since I couldn't get the $400 refund, I requested a full refund instead. I will never shop with this company again and will warn others to steer clear as well. For the price, this service is a huge disappointment.
We found a tree we loved and placed our order. Two days later, our order was canceled and refunded. It turned out the item was actually out of stock, which wasn't indicated on their website. We found another tree we liked and ordered it. It comes in three boxes, but only two arrived, even though the online status said the order was complete. When we called, we learned that part of our tree is on back order. How is that even possible? Now we have only part of a tree and no clear timeline for when the rest will arrive. This is absolutely frustrating. It seems it won't be here in time for Christmas either. We're very disappointed.
The product arrived on schedule, and everything was included without any missing parts. However, the instruction manual referred to a 'key' for tightening the stand. I found out online that this year’s model doesn’t require a 'key' as the stand is self-locking. Overall, it's a beautifully designed tree!
I was really looking forward to treating myself to a new Christmas tree. After researching and seeing so many positive reviews, I placed my order on 11/28/25. As of 12/10/25, the tree has yet to arrive, and there's no delivery estimate available. I also ordered a tree topper that hasn’t shipped either. I’m extremely disappointed that we don’t have a Christmas tree to decorate with just two weeks to go until the holiday. :(
