I have a nicely time along with Base and , I'm happy to keep my no limit contract!I have regrets for giving up on of 2 unlimited contracts, I was tricky bay an a offer an I have lost that good contract In the rest I recommend, for a good cover for signal and speed also, in EU !

Network in my house and in my area is so weak.I live in vossenbergstraat Hasselt. I am inside Belgium.How is it possible to have a weak network in this area?! Always it is like this. From the moment I took your sim card ,there is weak network. Please improve it.

Ma compagne s'est présentée à votre shop (Chaussée d'Ixelles 54) le 20/01 peu avant 17h00 pour réactiver ma ligne n° 00 32 4 88 66 88 04. Bien que votre helpline m'ait assuré que cette procédure était possible via un tiers, elle a été renvoyée sans aide. En tant que client fidèle depuis 12 ans, je trouve inadmissible de devoir parcourir 1000 km pour une erreur de communication interne. J'attends une action immédiate de votre part.​​UPDATE (22/01/2026):Thank you for your response, but it solves nothing. My partner visited your shop at Chaussée d'Ixelles 54 on Jan 20th just before 5:00 PM to reactivate my number 00 32 4 88 66 88 04. Despite your helpline confirming this was possible, she was turned away. After 12 years of loyalty, I refuse to fly 1,000 km to fix your team's incompetence and conflicting instructions. I expect an immediate resolution.ORIGINAL POST: 20/01/2026EN: ​I am beyond disappointed with the service provided. Despite being a loyal customer for 12 years and topping up on time, my SIM card was deactivated without any prior notice.​What makes this worse is the conflicting information I received. Your helpline (+32 486 19 19 99) suggested a resolution was possible, yet when my friend went in person to request the reactivation of my card—a harmless request that is clearly in the interest of the customer—she was turned away.​Do you honestly expect me to fly 1,000 km just to deal with your team's incompetence and lack of flexibility? They even didn't take the effort to check if the card can be eventually reactivated, but expect from me to visit them in real!?! I use Base for mobile telephony and find that their network is reliable and 100% functional. On the few occasions that I have needed technical support, I have found the staff to be competent and respectful.In short, I couldn't expect more.
