Subscription fees are transparent

My honest opinion

Since the very first moment I became a customer of BASE I started to like it. I got a phone/internet plan that was cheaper and better than my previous one in a different company. The reception is usually good whenever I am. I travel abroad quite often and also did not encounter any issues with connectivity. All in all, I m very satisfied with BASE. If they offered unlimited download packages I would even think of changing my current home internet contract. Keep giving a great service!

Am told that Champs du Gros Chene 1435…

Am told that Champs du Gros Chene 1435 Hevillers cannot have fibre, although we have Voo fibre who supply Base. Base fibre is available 100m away in Rue de Nil. Asked the LLN office to check and they never replied.
