Please let the competent people to work at customer service, I want to switch to Base and called you a lot of times and your customer service totally useless and uncompetent. Some old lady talking without listening another young guy don't understands question at all. That's my first contact with Base and a good sign to avoid.
How can you allow scammers to take people's ETH and put them in BASE, as 4wmm show a great value.And can't be swapped, cashing out or transferring to more valid accounts.You Base and coinbase say one 4wmm is like 71 USD.But the fact is it's more like 0.000000000000000001 usdc worth.It's no wonder that people get scammed, when you put all that fake info on the net.So BASE and Coinbase is SCAMMERS.
I strongly advise against using BASE.My mobile services were blocked in May due to an unpaid bill, which I fully acknowledge. However, they still charged me for June, despite the fact that I had no access whatsoever to data, calls, or texts during that time.When I contacted customer service and explained the situation, their response was dismissive and robotic. They insisted that the charge was valid because their system “prepares invoices in advance,” even if no services are actually delivered. I was more than willing to pay what I owed for the months when I actually received service, but BASE flat-out refused to correct the unjustified charges.This kind of behavior — charging for undelivered services and refusing to correct it — is not just bad customer service, it’s an unethical business practice.Avoid BASE at all costs. You’re better off with a provider that respects transparency, fairness, and their own customers.
I subscribed to Base two weeks ago. Since then I had to call them seven times, five times because the internet connection was down, one time because the phone network was gone. I'm looking for another provider now. Must be a record, after two weeks.
2 months ago I changed operators, base looked like a good alternative. I have 2 tvs, one I connect with TV with a hub, the other one through app. The one with app doesn't function like it should. I contacted the help service through the WhatsApp line since I can't connect through the phone. They tried to help me but couldn't fix the problem right away. I tried everything, the internet was ok, the app version and TV version were ok, I reinstalled the app etc. Every 2 days I had to repeat the complete process, since they did not save the process or chat. The problem would be solved if they would send an extra hub, since the TV works when I change the hub. but they say it is not possible. This process took me over a month and caused a lot of stress. I am changing provider now and would not recommend base to anyone.
